Terms & Conditions

  • Children above 2 years are charged.
  • No booking is allowed for commercial purposes.
  • There will be seasonal variation in the floor tariff (hike of 50% of the existing tariff plan) during major festival days and the festive season.
  • Any damage made during the period of stay will be borne in full by the party concerned.
  • Guests are requested to deposit INR 1500 against the Property Damage Security , during the check- in; this amount shall be fully refunded at the time of check-out subject to inspecting the room.
  • Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
  • Guest must be over 18 years of age to check-in to our Home stay.
  • According to Government regulations, it is compulsory for all guests above 18 years of age to bring a valid photo identity card and address proof at the time of check-in. [No Check in without Photo Identity Proof in Original (Driving Licence / Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card - for Indians, Passport with Visa - for Foreigners)]. Pan card will not be accepted as proof of identity.
  • Without any authorized documentation, we can't allow any unmarried couples.
  • Pets are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • No loudspeakers are allowed.
  • Credit/Debit cards are not accepted.
  • Inform the management half an hour before you plan to check-out , for hassle free check-out .
  • Handover the room key to us for inspection,10 minutes before the check-out procedure.
  • Guests are requested to be in by 10 pm if going out.
  • Hazardous goods : Storing of cinema films , raw and exposed to any other articles of a compostable or hazardous nature , in residential rooms or store is strictly prohibited.
  • Amendment of Rules : The management reserved to itself the right to add or alter or amend for any of the above terms, conditions and rules.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • Check In Time : 1 pm to 10 pm.
    ( If check- in is needed after 10 pm take consent on call / whatsApp +919747449293. )
  • Check Out Time : 12 noon.
    (If you wish to stay further and if the room is available , you will be charged normal daily rate for the room.)
  • CBR reserves the right to cancel reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent / inappropriate / illegal activity or has provided incorrect information while booking. No refund will be allowed in such case.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by us directly.
  • No refund will be allowed in cases of late check-in or early check-out from the scheduled date.
  • Booking should be done minimum 15 days before.
  • Advance payment of minimum INR 1000 /- for one room/ night and 50% of the total price for stay greater than 1room/ night is required.
  • The advance will be deducted from the total price and the balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
